Refund and Returns Policy

At NV Fit, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our refund policy below.

This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and does not limit your statutory rights.

1. Change of Mind & Size Returns

We understand that choosing the right size online can be difficult.

If your item does not fit, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and hygiene liners are attached
  • The item is free from marks, stains, deodorant, or perfume
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Please note:

  • Size and fit returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only
  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection or change of mind
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

2. Sale & Clearance Items

Items marked as Sale, Clearance, or Final Sale are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange, unless they are faulty.

Please choose carefully when purchasing discounted items.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or an incorrect product, we sincerely apologise.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the fault or issue

We will assess your claim and provide a remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Store credit

Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by NV Fit.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To lodge a return:

  • Email us at info@nvfit.com.au with your order number and reason for return
  • We will provide return instructions

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund (if applicable) within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Important Conditions

  • We do not accept returns on worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted
  • We strongly recommend using tracked postage for all returns
  • NV Fit is not responsible for lost or missing return parcels

7. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund or replacement for major faults and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
